Call a lawyer. You work for a certain percentage of the award.

Sounds like a whip from the accident could have. If can not be treated worse and longer than they wish. Whiplash occurs when a sudden extension and flexion of the neck in one swift movement, in a small amount of time. It can cause neck pain, stiff neck, headache, muscle spams, numbness and tingling in the arms, weakness, pain and decreased range of motion of the neck. The most common way to get whiplash, is a collision from the rear of the car.

You should check with a health professional. Your primary care doctors may prescribe muscle relaxants or pain killers. This is only going to cover the symptoms temporarily, then it is not enough. Make sure you also have a consultation, examination and x-rays, if necessary. It is very important to document what happened in that car accident and also have a comprehensive plan to improve the treatment.

You can also a chiropractor, because most of them are specialized in this field. You will be a thorough consultation, examination, and prescribe, x-rays ifrequired. They may be called the cervix for the recordings. It will be transported by ambulance after the collision sounds serious enough income for me.

The treatment can ice therapy, electricity, STIM, exercises, mobilization and adjustments, including traction and depending on what has happened. All these things will work to the alleviation of pain in the neck and upper back.

Sometimes, if no insurance work together is to get a lawyer involved. You want to be sure, a personal injury lawyer, someone who will see the experts in car accidents. At this stage on, information on the accident to be so important to also address how and by whom. For example: How have the time of the accident? Did you wear your seatbelt? Have you lost consciousness? If you are prescribed medication at the clinic? How does this pain on your daily activities? Are you able to work during the day?

All these little details matter. Good luck with that, and hopefully you will find some linksf in the neck and back

The dry sound can be anything. The current pain in the neck after a hit from behind by an accident, it can lead to injuries of the soft tissues of the neck. This can take months to heal. My wife had an accident two years ago and his back is improving only slowly. Without a doubt, that's right.

Now here is where you should take the advice of another poster, and I agree. Do not ask here. We see that, although in a Holiday Inn Express last night was, we can diagnose over the Internet for soft tissue injuries.

Call your lawyer, call your doctor. If your lawyer does not drool a little surprised myself.

Sounds like an injury to the soft tissue / whiplash, but you go to your doctor anyway. Responsibility is not an issue to be managed from behind, but if you to see an attorney before further medical treatment is the validity of his injury with concern and will affect your solution.

theyll probly go to the doctor, for example, its neck twisted and you've been his fault for hitting from behind, no matter what you can probly sue for pain and suffering!

My sister in Seattle, see a chiropractor, Dr Walia for her neck pain. His website is http://www.drjaswalia.com Maybe you could ask for advice or just get information online about what to do for neck pain at the site. I hope this helps!

Try to go to the doctor for a second opinion instead of asking people to Yahoo for medical advice. Go to a doctor and a lawyer.

Get a second opinion

If the pain worsens in the head, you need to respond to the emergency as quickly as possible and tell them once more symptoms occur again,
